At TheMagBag™, we understand that you work hard for your money, and we take pride in delivering quality you can trust. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer full refunds within 30 days — and we’ll cover the return shipping.

Items must be in brand new condition with original tags and packaging included.
Please email us at contact@themagbag.store or visit our Contact Page to start your return.

Returns will not be accepted for bags that show any signs of wear or use.

To begin a return, contact us at contact@themagbag.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

You have 30 days from the order date to request a refund.

TheMagBag™ is not responsible for lost shipments if the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Replacements for lost or stolen orders will be handled at the discretion of TheMagBag™.

Lifetime Warranty

If you're happy with your purchase but notice a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at contact@themagbag.store. We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all MagBags.

Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll do our best to fix the problem or send you a brand-new MagBag.

We reserve the right to deny any return or warranty claim to prevent fraud or abuse.
